'Chilly Dippers' Sea Swimming - 10.30am - Thu 23 Jan 2025

The Chilly Dippers meet every Thursday at St Brelade’s Bay. We meet at 10:30am by the benches on the slope leading down to the promenade, near the toilets and the crossing from the main car park, and head into the water at 10:45 am.
A refreshing and fun swim, even if it’s chilly! An invigorating dip that boosts circulation and releases those feel-good endorphins!
No wetsuit needed, but we recommend bringing warm clothing for after your swim.
